What Are We Going To Do Today?

“When do you have family time?” A friend of mine asked me this question the other day. The answer for our family is: We SCHEDULE it! Tom works unpredictable hours somedays & while I am working out of the house temporarily, we find setting aside saturday nights for Family Movie Night is one way to bring us all together.

Once a month we also schedule a Family Day. Usually something inexpensive: An afternoon at the park, an evening at Kooka Booth Amphitheatre Movies By Moonlight watching a movie on the lawn, or a drive into Raleigh to visit the Raleigh Municipal Rose Garden

Families come in all shapes & sizes … some parents work some do not. However, it is important to always make a little time for family togetherness.
